     In 1989, Mrs. Carmen Aquino’s vision and devotion supported by the endorsement of over 25 years of experience in the international moving industry, set the foundation to establish a solid enterprise; which through the years, has built a trajectory of credibility and recognition in the Dominican Republic and worldwidely.

Today, International Packers offers value-added services such as transportation of household goods and office effects, and packing and handling of fine arts, antiques and archeological pieces of great value, sometimes irreplaceable.

Special services

We created the IP Art, in order to provide a unique service that since 1995 has allowed us to skillfully conduct the handling of fine arts. Many important artists and art collectors have trusted us to move their works: Joan Miró, Diego Rivera, Wilfredo Lam, the painter and sculptor Osvaldo Guayasamin and the artist Eugenio Fernández Granel; besides complete exhibitions as the Primera, Segunda and Tercera Bienal del Caribe, the Colon and the Taínos exposition, Voces y Visiones, Reinvenciones, Fotografías at the Museo del IVAM, and many more.

Also, we offer complete relocation services through
IP Relocation, assisting our clients with house seeking, installation, accommodation and general orientation about living in the Dominican Republic.

Infrastructure and staff

Our infrastructure includes a secure warehouse, with 24 hour security guard, closed-circuit system and fire alarm.

We value in our personnel the innovation, the responsibility and the dedication to offer excellence in each of their efforts. We are aware of the importance of capacitating, and in this regard our staff undergoes continuous training in special packing techniques (through seminars and programs such as LACMA Certified Packers).

International Packers is the first and only moving company in the Dominican Republic to introduce a Personalized Service System, in order to answer specific demands and needs of our customers.
